At YU-J, we currently offer exchanges only, no refunds.

If you wish to exchange your product due to a size issue or any valid concern, you’d have to ship it to us within 3 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges. Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed and free of any odor. It should have all tags, packaging, and receipts intact. Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; YU-J reserves the right to deny an exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.

We follow an exchange only policy. If you’d like to return a piece, we’ll provide you with a voucher (valid for 3 months, one-time use only) so you can pick another product you love.

In case you receive a faulty item from our end, or if the product sustains damage during standard wash and care despite following the instructions provided on our website, please reach out to our support team at +91 9082206150 via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims raised after this period will not be processed.

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. You can opt for another product. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

Please note: If XL or 2XL sizes appear out of stock on the website, you may reach out to us via WhatsApp or email before placing your order. We offer size customisation on request for these sizes. However, customized pieces are not eligible for exchange, as they are made specifically for you.
