Return & Exchange
This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on www.yujclothing.com. By placing an order on the website, you agree to be bound by the terms stated in this Policy. If you do not agree, we recommend you do not transact on the platform.
Please note that YU-J reserves the right to revise and update this Policy at any time. Kindly review this page periodically for the latest information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY:
At YU-J, we currently offer exchanges only—no refunds.
- You may raise a return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- You are eligible for an exchange if the product doesn't fit as expected.
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- original condition
- With original tags and packaging intact.
- Packed in the original box
- Accompanied by a payment receipt or proof of purchase
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for products that
- Show signs of wear, usage, or damage.
- Are missing tags, accessories, or original packaging.

Have stains, odors, or any signs of tampering.
- Return/Exchange is valid only for size issues, damaged items, or incorrect products received.
- Products bought during a sale or under special offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns or exchanges are only applicable to items under the original order ID.
EXCHANGE PROCESS:
- Once your exchange request is approved, our team will notify you via email.
- An exchange request must be raised with us before sending any items back. Products sent without prior intimation will not be accepted.
- We will arrange a pickup through our delivery partner. Please ensure the item is packed securely for transit.
- The shipping cost for the exchange pickup will be borne by the customer.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may opt to:
- Exchange for another product of the same value.
- Receive a YU-J gift voucher for future purchases.
RETURN & REFUND PROCESS:
- After the product passes quality inspection, a credit voucher equivalent to the value of the returned item (excluding shipping) will be issued.
- This voucher will be sent to your registered email and will be valid for 6 months.
- No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
- Prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled post confirmation.
- Any refund due to cancellation (before dispatch) will be processed as a YU-J credit voucher only.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR QUALITY ISSUE:
- If there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., print damage, stitching flaw, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests beyond 24 hours may not be accepted unless under exceptional circumstances.
