Order Processing & Shipping Info

  • Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order, subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, so kindly ensure all details are correct before checkout.
  • We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.
  • All shipments are made from Mumbai, India.

Order Confirmation

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
  • Didn’t see it? Check your spam or promotions folder just in case.

Out-of-Stock Situations

  • Due to high demand, some items may go out of stock even after the order is placed.
  • In such cases, you will be issued a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Order Review & Cancellation

  • All orders are reviewed for verification. YU-J reserves the right to cancel any order if flagged by our internal checks.

Shipping Notification

  • Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Shipping may be delayed during holiday seasons, special drops, or sale periods. We appreciate your patience during these times

Pre-Order Policy

  • Products marked as Pre-Order will be shipped once they arrive at our facility.
  • Full payment will be collected at checkout using the selected payment method.
  • Once placed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or edited.
